As the Assistant Principal and Manager of Razzamataz Dorchester, you will see Rhea every Friday signing in students and looking after the day-to-day running of the school. Rhea has been a teacher at the Weymouth franchise since it opened in 2011 and is excited to continue her journey with this fantastic company. Rhea is a qualified teacher (Diploma in the Lifelong Learning Sector) and has worked as a performing arts lecturer at Weymouth College for 15 years. She has a first-class BA (Hons) in Professional Arts Practice from Italia Conti which specialised in Mental Health in the Performing Arts Industry. Rhea co-founded and performed in the theatre company, Rummage Theatre, with whom she wrote and toured three original plays, two of which they took to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Rhea has a musical background and was a backing vocalist, choreographer and marketing manager in touring theatre production, And Finally… Phil Collins. She has also gigged in corporate and function bands, having performed for audiences such as Prince Harry and his battalion at the Lulworth Army Camp. During Lockdown, Rhea and her husband released an album with their originals soft rock band, The September Souls. Rhea is hugely passionate about sharing her love for the performing arts with young people and is very proud to be a part of the Razz family.

Lauren is the Principal of Razzamataz Dorchester and Razzamataz Weymouth and regularly states that she has the best job in the world! Lauren has a first-class degree in Dance and Culture and qualified as a Teacher with her PGCE from the University of Brighton. Lauren takes great pride in the all-inclusive, family atmosphere at the Razzamataz Schools and has a huge passion for encouraging and supporting all students in becoming the very best performers they can be.
