Razzamataz Theatre Schools was launched in 2000 and achieved national recognition in 2007 after a memorable appearance on BBC’s Dragons’ Den, winning the investment from Duncan Bannatyne.
Since its launch in September 2023, Razz Dorch has quickly blossomed into a vibrant hub of creativity and expression. Catering to ages 2 – 18, the teaching team are dedicated to providing top-tier instruction at prices that won’t break the bank. Razz Dorch is proud to put the welfare of its students at the heart of everything it does. From providing affordable part-time performing arts training for children and young people throughout the UK, to giving them access to some of the most talented performers through specialist workshops and classes, Razzamataz Dorchester uses theatre arts within small class sizes to nurture a child’s confidence and self-esteem, all while making sure they are having a lot of fun.
Razzamataz Weymouth and Dorchester were named the Razzamataz Franchise of the Year for 2023 in a national awards ceremony, with more than 60 schools eligible to participate. The award recognises franchises and teams that go “above and beyond” in their efforts to provide the highest standard of performing arts education to young people.
